Pumpkin Patch

My sisters and I took the kids to the pumpkin patch. It was a BEAUTIFUL day!!! The kids had fun.. and we got some great pumpkins!!

Roseola...

Well.. my baby got Roseola.... Not fun!!! It wasn't horrible... just not fun. We spent a LOT of time at home so that we wouldn't spread it to other little kids.... You can kind of see the rash on his chest and tummy. He took it like a champ though!! Kids are TOUGH!!

So... I was trying to get some stuff done... so I strapped Logan in the swing.... and went about my business and Luke was pushing him... then I hear some screaming and out I run to find this.....

Yes... I ran back into the house to get the camera... "Mother of the Year" :-)
This is WHY you should always strap your kid into the swing...

Luke thought it was funny... At least nobody got hurt... boys will be boys!!

See... Everybody is fine!! :-) and Luke will NOT be pushing Logan anytime soon...

First day of School

It seems like it has been FOREVER since I have posted anything!! School has started (pre-k) that is... and we have been busy.... Ok.. So Luke only has school 3 days a week... but still.... and I guess I can admit that I have been lazy.... Oh well!!

The boys and I went out on one of those hot days we had and swam in the creek (Crabtree). It was SO very refreshing!!! Luke loved it... Logan wasn't too sure about it though!!

As I was looking through all of these pictures, Luke was sitting next to me saying... "I want to go back out to Mimi and Papa's and go swimming again".... I told him we will definitely have to, especially since the weather is supposed to start warming up again this coming week!!

Luke's 5th Birthday at the Enchanted Forest

Well.. my baby officially turned 5 --- HOLY COW!!! I can't believe how fast the time has flown by!!! He wanted to celebrate by going to the Enchanted Forest... So that's what we did!! It was supposed to be around 100 degrees that day so we started at 10:00 when the gates opened.. and it was perfect because we ended up getting out of there about 1:00 -- when it started to get real hot!!

Camping - Fern Ridge Reservoir

We went to Fern Ridge Reserviour for the Duerr/Suing Family Campout. It was really fun.... although it was SUPER hot.. and the mosquitos were horrible... other than that though.....it was a good time!! :-)

Rodeo...

It has been a while since I posted anything......... oops... it's just been REALLY Busy!!!!

Our niece Josie came down to stay with us on July 10th... and that happened to be the weekend of Sportsman's Holiday in Sweet Home, So I took Luke and Josie to the Rodeo. They had a GREAT time........ We met up with my mom and dad, my sister Leslie and her family, and my brother Clint and his new wifey, Julia!!
